Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product packaging is unopened

Return Request

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of agricultural seeds, products that are opened or used cannot be returned.
